DBE Goal

It is the policy of the Estuary Transit District (the District) to provide Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of the contracts financed in the whole or part with federal funds. The District will not allow any person or business to be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be discriminated against in connection of any US Department of Transportation assisted contract on the basis of sex, race, color or national origin. The district has established a proposed DBE participation overall goal for FYs 2024 to 2026 of 1.76%. The District’s Proposed goal and its rational are available for inspection at the District website, online at rivervalleytransit.com, or at the District office Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
